We have a 3 month old!
Brady now weighs 13 lbs and is 24 inches long. He is still in size 1 diapers and 0-3 month clothes, although certain brands are a little too short for him.
Sleeping without a living, breathing human being next to him is still a struggle. Some days/nights are really good, others not so much. Once he slept almost 7 hours in the rock n play and it was amazing. Let me reiterate...it was only once...
Brady's head control and arm control are getting better by the day, but he still isn't too fond of tummy time. He smiles constantly and it melts my heart every single time. I feel like he is on the verge of giggling any day now!

This month, we found a weird thing on Brady's bellybutton...so we took him to the pediatrician and come to find out he had an umbilical granuloma and umbilical hernia. So the pediatrician basically cauterized the granuloma (which fixed it!) and then told us to watch the hernia and let her know if it gets worse. So far so good!
Brady celebrated his first halloween dressed like a skeleton and passed out candy (more like slept while Eric and I passed out candy) to kiddos in our neighborhood. I also took him to the Houston Nutcracker Market with my mom. He loved being in his little carrier (no strollers allowed!) and flirting with all the ladies. What is it about a baby that attracts every single woman??
Brady is already quite the traveler...this past month he went to San Antonio to visit family and he also went to Waco to visit Eric and I's old stomping grounds! We went to Magnolia Market, the Baylor bookstore, and walked around campus and by the stadium. Poor Brady is going to be so brainwashed!

Brady got to meet a few of his uncles a couple weeks ago (Only child problem - all besties are referred to as aunts/uncles). I forced them to hold Brady...kidding. Kind of.
Eric and I also had Brady dedicated in the church this past month. It was such a beautiful ceremony done by my grandfather, who is the retired pastor of our church. I loved having all of our family there to witness Brady being dedicated. I can't wait to tell him about it one day...he sure does have a lot of people who love him and support him already!
Here are some pictures from his dedication...
Brady likes: bath time, being in his Otteroo, hanging out in his carrier strapped to mommy, smiling and flirting, watching football, and listening to mommy read to him.
Brady dislikes: sleeping by himself, waiting for a bottle to be made.

I mean, seriously. I can't handle it. |
He looks like he is 5 years old here and it makes me want to cry! |
Overall, Brady is a really good baby, and Eric and I feel so lucky that he is ours! We love you Brady boy and are enjoying watching you grow!
